Do you sell directly to consumers?
No. Samira Enterprise Limited operates exclusively as a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale supplier. We do not sell products to the general public or individual consumers. All our products are sold in wholesale quantities to registered businesses, retailers, online sellers, and corporate buyers.
Are you a UK registered company?
Yes. Samira Enterprise Limited is registered in England and Wales. We are based in Luton and operate as a legitimate UK business, providing full legal accountability and peace of mind for our clients.

Where do your products come from?
We import products directly from established and vetted manufacturers in China. Our supplier relationships allow us to provide factory-direct pricing while maintaining quality standards suitable for the UK market.
Can you source products that are not in your current catalogue?
Yes. We can source many products directly from trusted manufacturers in China, even if they are not currently listed in our catalogue. If you have a specific product requirement, please contact us with the details — product specifications, quantities, and your target price point — and we will do our best to assist.
Are your products CE certified and compliant with UK regulations?
Many of the products we supply are CE certified and compliant with UK safety and regulatory standards. We can provide documentation for specific products upon request. If compliance to a specific standard is a requirement for your order, please mention this in your enquiry.
Can I request a product sample before placing a full order?
Yes, sample requests can be accommodated for many products. Sample availability, costs, and lead times vary by product and supplier. Please include a sample request in your enquiry and we will advise on the options available.
3Ordering & Quotations
How do I request a quotation?
You can request a quotation by completing our Wholesale Enquiry Form on the Wholesale page, or by emailing us directly at info@samiraenterprise.co.uk. Please include as much detail as possible — the products you are interested in, the quantities you require, and your delivery location.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities (MOQ) vary by product and category. Some products have relatively low MOQs suitable for smaller businesses, while others require larger quantities to justify international shipping costs. MOQs are always specified in quotations and can sometimes be negotiated for established clients.
How long does it take to receive a quotation?
We aim to respond to all wholesale enquiries within 1-2 working days. For more complex sourcing requests that require us to contact suppliers, it may take slightly longer. We will always acknowledge your enquiry promptly and keep you informed of the timeline.
Are your prices negotiable?
Pricing is influenced by product type, quantity, and current market conditions. For larger volumes or repeat orders, we are happy to discuss the most competitive pricing available. Please include your target price or budget in your enquiry where possible.
4Shipping & Delivery
How are products shipped from China to the UK?
We arrange international freight via sea or air, depending on the size, urgency, and nature of your order. Sea freight is more economical for large volumes, while air freight is used for smaller or time-sensitive shipments. Full details including estimated lead times and shipping costs are included in your quotation.
What are typical lead times for orders?
Lead times depend on the product, order size, and shipping method. For products already manufactured and in stock, sea freight typically takes 4-6 weeks from China to the UK. For products requiring production, additional manufacturing time applies. We provide estimated lead times with every quotation.
Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes. We coordinate the customs clearance process as part of our import service. UK import duties, VAT, and any applicable charges are either included in the quotation or clearly outlined so you know the total landed cost.
5Private Label & Special Orders
Do you offer private label products?
Yes. For many product categories, we can arrange private label (OEM) production where products are manufactured and packaged under your brand. This is subject to minimum order requirements, which vary by product and manufacturer. Please enquire with your specific requirements.
Can you arrange custom packaging?
Custom packaging can be arranged for private label orders and, in some cases, for standard products in larger quantities. Please include packaging requirements in your initial enquiry so we can assess the options and costs.
Do you support ODM (original design manufacture)?
Yes. For businesses that want to develop entirely new products to their own specifications, we can explore ODM options with suitable manufacturers. This typically involves higher minimum quantities and longer lead times, but allows full product customisation.
